To clarify the locations Members may use for storing personal possessions, noting that improperly stored items may constitute a fire or safety hazard.

1. Members may store personal possessions inside their own units.
2. Subject to the exceptions listed in sections (2), (3) and (4), members may not store personal possessions elsewhere at 95 East 1st Avenue.
3. Members may store personal possessions on their unit balconies in accordance with the Balcony Policy.
4. Members may not store bicycles on balconies, in hallways, in walkways or in parking spaces.
5. NO storage of personal belongings in common areas, walkways, parking or hallways due to fire hazards.
